Refund Policy

A New Thing LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates The Pop Out Squad website (the “Service”).

A New Thing LLC policy regarding a refund/cancellation is that once a client is booked and paid for no refunds are issued.  Only in extraordinary circumstances will a refund be processed but remain at the discretion of the company.  If a refund is issued, we will use the payment method used for the initial purchase.

The customer also accepts that when a digital product is purchased and downloaded that there will be no refunds issued. All delivered merchandise will have a refund policy of 14 days for the date of delivery to place a request for a refund, and all merchandise should be in new condition.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.  If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.  If a revision is created we will try to provide at least 30day notice prior to any new terms taking effect.  What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.  If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
